The Building Department is located on the lower level of City Hall at 103 S. Sterling Ave. The Building Department administers the City Building Codes, reviews and issues building permits, building inspections, administers the Flood Plain Management Program, assists in code enforcement of structures, and oversees the Occupancy Permit Program.
